ONE BODY MIND LIFE BODY

Fertility & Foundational Health

LIV Fertile

Support Your Health. Support Your Fertility.

Fertility is not just reproductive—it's a reflection of overall health. When the body is functioning well, fertility often follows. While we are not a fertility clinic, optimizing overall health can play a meaningful role in supporting fertility for both men and women.

Our Role

Where LIV1 Fits (And Where We Don't)

We don't replace fertility specialists—but we work alongside individuals to optimize the factors that influence reproductive health.

Fertility is influenced by many of the same systems that impact overall health: hormones, metabolism, nutrition, sleep, stress, and body composition. When these are supported, the body is often better positioned to do what it's built to do.

For Men

An Overlooked Half of the Equation

Male fertility is often overlooked, but it plays an equal role. Key factors that can impact male fertility include:

  • Testosterone balance

  • Sperm production and quality

  • Metabolic health and body composition

  • Stress and nervous system load

  • Sleep quality and recovery

  • Nutrient status

Testosterone therapy can impact fertility in some individuals, but it should not be viewed as a form of birth control. Decisions around testosterone and fertility should always be individualized.

When appropriate, we connect clients with services such as semen analysis and fertility preservation through trusted partners as part of a comprehensive plan.

For Women

Rhythm, Resilience & Hormonal Health

Female fertility is influenced by hormonal balance, metabolic health, and cycle regularity. Common contributors include:

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Insulin resistance or blood sugar dysregulation

  • Conditions such as PCOS

  • Chronic stress and sleep disruption

  • Nutritional status and key micronutrients

  • Significant changes in body composition

We focus on supporting the body's ability to function rhythmically—encouraging regular ovulation and cycle consistency through lifestyle, metabolic health, and hormonal support when appropriate.

The goal is not to replace specialist care, but to create a healthier overall environment in which it can work.

FSH

REPRODUCTIVE SIGNALING & SUPPORT

Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is a key signal from the brain that helps regulate sperm production in men and egg development in women. In men, FSH can also be supplemented under medical supervision to directly stimulate the testicles to support or increase sperm production. In fertility care, FSH levels and therapies are often used to better understand and support healthy reproductive function.
